Are we living inside some simulation with the overlord programmer now and then dropping hints? The notion that we are living inside a simulation sounds funny, but it’s not a new idea and certainly, there is a number of well-respected individuals that think this is the case.
Take for instance Elon Musk. He thinks it is completely feasible for our entire world and universe for that matter to be a digital construct, created by some civilization that is running an “ancestor simulation” – Are the first species to create simulations – the stats say that is highly unlikely and if so then there stands a good chance that we are all living inside a simulation every day.
Now, if you were a programmer playing god, wouldn’t you think it was funny to drop in some clues and tips to mess with your NPC subjects now and then? First, we have the recent coronavirus outbreak. Recently we have seen spikes of this illness go global apparently from an original site of infection located in Wuhan China. So what has this got to do with the paranormal? Horror writer Dean Koontz penned a novel way back in 1981 titled “The Eyes of Darkness”. In the novel we have the following quotes…
“They call the stuff ‘Wuhan-400’ because it was developed at their RDNA labs outside the city of Wuhan.”
“Wuhan-400 is the perfect weapon,” he says.
Coincidence? Or are we simply finding clues being left behind by our digital overlords?
Let’s get to case number 2. The “Baron Trump” novels. To take quotes from Wikipedia
Chris Riotta noted in Newsweek that Baron Trump’s adventures begin in Russia. Riotta also mentioned another book of Ingersoll’s, 1900; or, The Last President, in which New York City is riven by protests following the shock victory of a populist candidate in the 1896 presidential election who brings on the downfall of the American republic.
Now you may think, oh – this could be written after the 2016 election. However, this was actually written in 1889 and 1893! And the cover of the novel bears a striking resemblance to the presidents’ young son at a similar age to what he was back in 2016.
